We are staffed with board-certified veterinary specialists focused on ophthalmology.
Every one of our animal eye specialists has completed at least three years of additional training beyond veterinary school and has passed rigorous examinations to become board-certified in veterinary ophthalmology.
We're part of a collaborative network of veterinarians and specialists.
The Northwest Animal Eye Specialists is part of a network of world-class veterinary specialty centers, specifically designed to enhance and strengthen the care provided by your pet’s regular veterinarian.
We offer state-of-the-art diagnostic services.
The specialized diagnostic equipment of our practice includes slit-lamp biomicroscopes, binocular indirect ophthalmoscopes, a direct ophthalmoscope, Tono-Pen and TonoVet tonometers, gonioscopic lenses, computerized electroretinographic (ERG) equipment, and an ocular ultrasound machine. We also have two types of instruments available to determine the indirect blood pressure of our patients either suspected as being hypertensive or for anesthesia monitoring.
We work as a team with your primary care veterinarian to treat your pet.
We think of ourselves as an extension of your pet's primary veterinary care. We provide specialty veterinary services that go above and beyond traditional veterinary medicine, and work closely with your primary care veterinarian every step of the way.
